Focused on the battery industry and custom battery solutions — every service covers the full cycle from design to handover.

• Battery solutions, producing: We design and build custom Li-ion and LiFePO₄ battery packs to match your device’s exact dimensions and requirements. Every pack is spot-welded, fitted with a suitable BMS and put through capacity and load testing. On request we finish packs in enclosures, heat-shrink or epoxy coating.
• Cable solutions: We build wiring harnesses and cable assemblies to your schematic or sample, from 4-30AWG. Every harness is crimped with labelled connectors and continuity- and short-tested before handover.
• Engineering: We engineer custom controllers for devices where an off-the-shelf unit falls short. We cover the whole cycle from component selection and firmware to integration and tuning in your device.
• BMS engineering: We select or engineer the right battery management system for your pack — protection, balancing and monitoring matched to the chemistry and load profile. Every solution is tested together with the pack before delivery.
• 3D printing: We print rapid prototypes and small production runs in engineering-grade materials — PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU and nylon. For fine detail we use resin printing, and we can help prepare your model if needed.
• Laser engraving: We engrave permanent markings on metal, plastic and wood — serial numbers, logos, data plates and front panels. Works for one-offs and series alike, from your file or from a sketch.
